Call for peer researchers to support ‘HIV and Women: Invisible No Longer’

Are you a woman who is living with HIV? Are you interested in research? Would you like to develop your research skills?

Terrence Higgins Trust and the Sophia Forum are committed to ensuring that all HIV research is meaningful and relevant to those it is designed to help. Rather than simply sending out surveys and inviting you to focus groups, we would also like to involve you in the design and implementation of research projects from their very beginning.

THT in partnership with the Sophia Forum are starting a new research project focusing on the experiences and needs of women living with, affected by or at risk of HIV.

We’re looking to recruit three women from across the UK who are living with HIV, to work with us as peer researchers and co-produce this piece of research. Full training and supervision support will be provided. If you are interested please find more information in the role description.

If after reading this you would like to get involved please complete and return the application form to [email protected] or [email protected].
